Absolutely. Tripfinity allows you to modify trip duration, accommodation options, transport preferences, and add-on activities. Just click “Customize” on the package page.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for international travel or peak season packages. However, we also cater to last-minute travelers based on availability.
Payment & Refund Policies
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and selected mobile wallets. International payments are supported via Stripe or PayPal.
Yes, a minimum advance (typically 30%–50%) is required to confirm your booking. The balance can be paid closer to the travel date as per your package terms.
Our refund policy is transparent:
• Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before departure.
• Partial refund (subject to deductions) if cancelled 15–30 days before.
• No refund for cancellations within 14 days of travel or no-shows.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not automatically included unless specified in the package details. You can choose to add comprehensive travel insurance during checkout.

Visa & Documentation
Yes! For eligible destinations, we offer end-to-end visa assistance including document preparation, appointment scheduling, and submission support. Additional fees may apply.

• Return flight tickets
• Hotel booking confirmation
• Travel insurance (recommended or mandatory in some countries)
While we offer expert assistance and high success rates, visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee approval.
