At Tripfinity, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus service fees, if any)
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 0–14 days before departure: No refund
- No-show on travel date: No refund
Note: Flight, visa, or hotel bookings may have separate cancellation fees as per third-party rules.
2. Cancellation by Nilaara
In rare cases (e.g., force majeure, supplier issues), Tripfinity reserves the right to cancel a tour. You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after confirmation of cancellation.
4. Modifications
Any changes to travel dates or itinerary may attract rescheduling fees depending on supplier policies.
